Don't Swear Oaths...Jesus Said What? (SOM 41)

Is Jesus teaching a new law--a ramping up of the Old Testament already severe law about oaths, or swearing, or lying, or misrepresenting the truth, or little white lies? He puts it after his comment on murder and rape and divorce. Will another law make a difference? Or does he have something else in mind. Have we buried the real headline again?
